Title: Introduction to Chemical Engineering
Prerequisites: C or better in MATH 1050 or equivalent AND CHEM 1210 OR AP CHEM score of at least 4.
Description: This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of chemical engineering. The course focuses on the development of problem-solving skills through in-class activities, laboratory experiments, and a hands-on design project. This course is designed for engineering majors and fulfills the pre-engineering requirements for the Associates of Pre-Engineering as well as requirements to apply for the Professional Program for Chemical Engineering Majors.
